Welcome to a New Academic Year at KMCT IEM

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,

It is with great pride and a deep sense of responsibility that I welcome you to KMCT Institute of Engineering and Management (KMCT IEM), an institution established in the academic year 2025–26 under the esteemed KMCT Group of Institutions, which comprises more than 25 colleges dedicated to excellence in education.

As we step into a new academic year, I extend my warm greetings to our students, faculty, and staff. This year holds special significance for all of us, as we continue to strengthen the foundations of a young institution driven by vision, commitment, and a passion for quality education.

At KMCT IEM, we firmly believe that engineering and management education must go beyond classrooms and textbooks. Our academic practices are aligned with Outcome-Based Education, enriched through industry-integrated learning, and supported by a growing emphasis on research and innovation. Our goal is to nurture professionals who are technically competent, ethically strong, and socially responsible—ready to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving global landscape.

Our dedicated faculty, modern infrastructure, and learner-centric environment work together to foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Alongside academic excellence, we place equal importance on character building, leadership development, and professional values, ensuring that our graduates emerge as responsible citizens as well as skilled professionals.

Campus life at KMCT IEM is equally vibrant. A major highlight of this academic year will be the Pan-KMCT Arts Festival, where over two dozen sister institutions under the KMCT Group will come together to celebrate creativity, culture, and camaraderie. Such platforms allow our students to express themselves beyond the classroom and build lifelong connections across the KMCT family.

As Principal, my vision is to continuously raise quality benchmarks, strengthen academic and industry collaborations, and cultivate a vibrant research culture that inspires both faculty and students. Together, we are committed to transforming KMCT Institute of Engineering and Management into a centre of excellence that contributes meaningfully to society and the nation.
